      I’ve always been fat. Not sure where it goes. I eat such calorie rich meals that I seem to require several hours in the week just to process them. There may come a time that I shift to the lean way, and I don’t have any tribulation to such a change so long as my shits remain regular.

        all you have to do is make sure you get enough protein which is easy if you’re not lifting, but if you do lift you’ll be in even more of a calorie deficit and you’ll also lose weight more quickly thanks to among other things more androgen receptors in your body for your testosterone to do its job, eat lots of fruits and vegetables, get some exercise, even 20 minutes on an elliptical machine every day will give you noticeable results to your lung capacity and will move your lymph, and do some light fasting to lose weight quickly. all of these things will improve your digestion as well. don’t be afraid of carbs but don’t be stupid about them either, and don’t eat junk food or drink much. every part of your body and mind will thank you.

        forgot to add, continue to eat to satisfaction. im 6 foot 3 and sometimes i just need to eat an entire pizza and drink a few beers. fuck it man, as long as the overall trajectory is good, it’s very important to be satisfied with your meals at least some of the time whether or not you’re trying to lose weight. you need the energy to keep moving forward. you just have to be have some awareness of whether or not you’re satiated or just chasing dopamine.

        just dont try carnivore. that will fuck up your shits.

          The best poop I have ever had was when I only ate animal foods, and < 20g of carbohydrate per day.

            I had some good short term benefits to carnivore like losing weight, reduced hunger, better focus, steady energy, but eventually my digestion started to suffer and believe me, I stuck with it, tried adding more fat, magnesium, fasting more, fasting less, etc etc, and when digestion goes downhill everything else does too, and I discovered a similar effect while trying plain old keto with a relatively generous amount of healthy carbs, I’ve tried cutting out grains, tried it all man and now I just eat whatever I want that makes me feel good. I guess we’re all different, but not so different: I use baby wipes after I shit because I fucking hate having shit stuck to my asshole all day and I don’t get how people are just okay with this, it’s absurd.

              Anyway, with regard to the original topic: When it comes to losing fat, you have two very simple methods. One needs positive discipline, and the other negative discipline.

              Option 1: Stop fucking eating, fatty.
              It is impossible to starve to death while you are fat. If you want to fast for long, though, you will need to drink, and drinking plain water will slowly drain your electrolytes, so you should drink mineral water (sodium, potassium, magnesium).
              You can eat once every 2 to 7 days if you want to since you will break down some muscle just from walking around, especially if you’re a fatass.
              You can do this until you’re no longer fat.
              If I could go 9 days without eating or drinking, while having a visible six pack, and being able to do a weighted pull up with more than half of my body weight added, which I could, then obviously some fatass can go a few days to a week on mineral water

              Option 2: Get really good cardio.
              If you can run 10KM in under an hour, that’ll cost about 1000 kcal. I got the ability to do that training casually a few times a week for a few months.
              If you can run 20KM in under 2 hours, you’ll be spending a whole day’s worth of upkeep in two hours.
              If you get to the ability to run a Marathon without stopping, not even in a good time, just running it at all, then just from the training to get to that point alone, you probably won’t be a fatass anymore, but if you somehow are, you can now spend a several days’ worth of energy in one day by running Marathons when your legs are recovered enough to do it.
