End of summer going into fall is a good time for eating too much snack food, so have a variant on the southern classic pimiento cheese spread!
Parts
1. 16oz cottage cheese
2. 2cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3. 7oz jar diced pimentos
4. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
5. 1/2 oz pepperoncini
6. 6oz tomato sauce
7. 2oz red wine vinegar
8. 1tbsp tabasco sauce
9. 8oz provelone
6. Spices
– Cayenne pepper
– Smoked paprika
– Black pepper
– British salt
– Garlic powder
– Onion powder
Method
1. In blender, add and blend
– Mayonnaise
– 1/2 sharp cheddar
– 1/2 pimentos
– pepperoncini
– cottage cheese
– tomato sauce
– red wine vinegar
2. In blender, add and blend
– remaining sharp cheddar
– all provelone
– spices (1tsp of each except 1tsp each garlic and paprika)
3. In bowl, mix
– remaining pimentos
– tabasco sauce
Serves six hungry stoners or eleven normal people.

I think rap kind of died because white fans and Hollywood CEOs made it into self-parody, which is too bad given its initial creative impetus.
