Breaking free from both the funderground and the hybridized emo-black subgenres, Kaeck returns to the years of later Darkthrone and Burzum with an ambient offering that happens to use guitars.
This will not appeal to the war metal fanatics, nor the slap-bass progressive jazz fusion black late hardcore emo metal types, but it offers a unique view of the black metal spirit taking new forms:
