Master’s Hammer have been booked to play next years iteration of Maryland Deathfest.
The legendary Czech black metal band are the only band worth travelling to see at the festival, which stopped booking death metal bands years ago in favor of crust, metalcore, and sludge hard rock idiocy to attract the most mouth breathers and cretins with neck tattoos. Most American fan of actual death metal have probably seen Sadistic Intent numerous times at various small clubs and Mexican bar and grills. Will the Deathfest organizers who pander to Marxists and social justice warriors let Master’s Hammer have a nude altar like in the “Geniové” video?

Who knows. Franta Storm might sense the crust idiocy of the fest compared to the Czech and Norwegian black metal festivals he is playing.

I saw them a few years ago and while it is true they don’t play any of their Cross the Styx era music and only have one of their original members I think they are still better than 95% of dm bands you’re likely to see live these days. Also of note are Dusk who are likely to play at least some diSEMBOWELMENT material and are worth watching, if not great.

I’ve been a loyal supporter of the fest since its early days and let me tell you this: MDF never fails to deliver! Looking forward to moshing to Broken Hope (my 3rd favorite band ever after Venom and Electric Light Orchestra)
Maryland Deathfest never fails to deliver as you have poor taste.
MDF do seem to always manage to put enough quality bands to make it worth attending, even if you can count them on one hand. Yeah just about all the bands on the bill are shit, but worth attending for Master’s Hammer and Sadistic Intent alone being that neither of those bands will play anywhere remotely close to me.

There’s too much gay mixed in, and not enough portapotties for all the stoner rockers and crusty guys to lock themselves in at peak temperatures so can smell hot shit while sucking each other’s cocks and smearing jizz on each other’s Bathory patches as souvenirs.
