When I saw the Incantation last winter, ya boy McEntee was wearing an Sadistic Intent shirt. I went home and looked them up, and now I’ve completely forgotten what they sound like. Nevertheless, to be shirted upon John McEntee signals something about your status in metal. [Hint: it’s ‘high’]
Eh. McEntee seemed like kind of a dope when I talked to him back in 2013 or so. Nice enough guy, and not an idiot, but I wouldn’t guarantee the quality of a band just because he wears their shirt.
That aside, Sadistic Intent rules!
This news however makes me wonder about what happened to HAOD. I remember thinking that they were pretty good when I checked them out some time ago but haven’t heard anything for a while.
I know somebody who saw McEntee pee himself drunk once. Does that mean McEntee endorses wet pants?
Fuck, can’t make it to hells headbash this year. I need to make it one of these years.
Sadistic Intent are fucking quality though. Their Conflict Within demo is their best.
